Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Summer League
All refunds are subject to approval by director of hockey operations and a 5% processing fee. Full refunds, less the processing fee, may be given if requested prior a max of two weeks before the start of the season. After the session has started, partial refunds, less the 5% processing fee, may be considered. Refunds and credits will not be given for COVID related absences.
Player Clinics
There are no refunds for Solid State Hockey Clinics. Full player HECC approved equipment is required as well as an ice hockey stick.
Goalie Clinics
There are no refunds for Solid State Goalie Clinics. Full player HECC approved equipment is required as well as an ice hockey stick.
Total Goalie Academy
All refunds are subject to approval by director of hockey operations and a 5% processing fee. Full refunds, less the processing fee, may be given if requested prior a max of two weeks before the start of the season. Lacrosse Clinics
There are no refunds for Solid State Lacrosse Clinics. Full NOCSAE approved equipment is required as well as a Lacrosse stick.
